With over 40 years of experience in providing advanced business management, resource negotiations, and economic development services, Michael McGee is a trusted and respected leader in the field of Indigenous business. He is the President and CEO of Aced Management Inc., a professional consulting firm that offers high-level advisory and support services to Indigenous organizations and businesses throughout BC and across Canada.
Michael has a strong academic background, holding an MBA, an Ec.D(F), and CAFM, PAED and CAPA designations along with advanced certificates and diplomas in economic development, including the newly established prestigious 2024 designation of CEDP.BC. He is fluent in both English and French, and is a member of several professional associations. Michael has proven experience in working cooperatively and effectively with elected officials, executive management, managers, employees, suppliers, clients, governments, public, and industry. He has helped with the planning, start-up, and expansion of many successful businesses, partnerships, joint ventures, and resource agreements. Central to Michael's mission is the empowerment of Indigenous communities and businesses to achieve their highest economic development goals.
